Q4.  I am getting new windows/ doors, I am building an extension etc. What do I do for security?
A4. 

Cuala Security provides all the required services relating to renovations extensions etc. Our representatives will call to your premises initially to discuss the work required. We will then coordinate with your building contractors to arrange connection, rewiring and reconnection of your system so as to minimise disruption to operation of your security system. Your initial call should be made to our office 3-4 weeks prior to works commencing.

Q5.  What if there is a power cut?
A5. 

All of our systems are installed to standard EN50131-1. This ensures that all systems have a back up battery that will enable the system to remain fully operational for up to 24 hours even in the event of there being up to 3 alarm activations. If your system activates on a power cut the battery may need to be replaced, contact our service dept.

Q6.  Am I entitled to a discount on my home insurance?
A6. 

As all our systems are installed to EN5013-1 all insurance companies should give you a discount on your policy. Your insurance company will issue you a form supplying them with your Security Company's details. These will include our Name, address & licence number.
